Internet Shopper must not order items via this Website if not aged 16 years or over



Payment should be made within 2 working days after an order is created. If no payment received within 2 working days, the Customer Order is considered to be cancelled and the item hold is released back to the inventory.


1. We are unable to provide refunds on items once sold

2. We are unable to provide exchange on special items : reduced-price, promotional or sale item


3. Customers are able to exchange the item regarding to the size & color with an equal item or higher value


4. We may accept exchange if the item follows below conditions:


a. has all original tags attached

b. in its original new condition

c. not worn outside the house / outdoor

d. not soiled or damaged under you care
e. not washed


If we determine an item does not meet the above conditions, we may respectfully deny the exchange.


5. Exchanged item should be returned to us within 2 working days after the arrival of the item(s) and should be supported with the Delivery Note. After this date, the items shall be deemed to have been duly accepted by the customer and we shall reserve the right to refuse to offer any exchange.


6. How to submit a Return ? :


Send email to return [at] oybutik [dot] com or send message to our Customer Service from 'Contact' menu informing about the Exchange requirement with the following details:


a.   The reason for return

b.   The order number that you purchased this item

c.   The item(s) you are returning

d.   Confirmation that the item meets the above exchange conditions


Upon receiving your email/message, we will notify you by email of how to proceed.


The cost of returning the item is paid by the Customer. Reimbursement of the shipment cost will be given in the form of free shipping cost for the next order to the same delivery address.
